A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah from Columbia valley vineyards, grapes are hand harvested and undergo small batch whole berry fermentation and extended maceration to ensure the development of remarkable and supple structure and body.
Malolactic fermentation is completed in 100% new French oak barrels, where the wine continues to age and mature for 12 months until it is bottled. It will then be cellared for the next 12 months before it is released. Order Info

Playa Sol is a 100 % chardonnay wine made with fruit from Yakima valley. The fruit is hand harvested and half fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness while the french barrel fermented part receives weekly batonnage to develop richness and depth. Gabi is a sauvignon Blanc and semillion blend made with fruit from Yakima Valley. The blend is fermented in stainless steel tanks which allow the wine to retain the crisp acidity while flashing ripe tropical flavors and aromas. Fermentation is carried out at a cool 15 degrees Celcius to preserve the delicate esters resulting in a rich aromatic wine with a long bright finish. It is named after my oldest son Gabi to whom I dedicate this wine. Order Info
